This report is a list of rules that will be under development by DCYF from January 1 through June 30, 2025. DCYF files a rule-making agenda with the Code Reviser twice each year to comply with RCW 34.05.314. There may be additional DCYF rule-making activities not included in this agenda as the department responds to implement new state laws, to meet federal requirements, or to meet unforeseen circumstances.
