All providers who accept child care subsidy payments are required to use an electronic attendance system. DCYF has purchased a system from vendor Controltec, which is free for providers to use, or providers may select another DCYF-approved system.
If you are using an electronic attendance system that is not the one offered by DCYF, follow these instructions:

Approved Electronic Attendance Systems
Approval of an electronic attendance system does not constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by the Department of Children, Youth, and Families. Providers are under no obligation to use a third party system; the provider assumes the risks associated with doing business with the third party vendor.
This is a list of DCYF-approved electronic attendance systems as of July 14, 2023. This list will be updated regularly as new systems are approved.
