Since 2021, Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) and Early Childhood Intervention Prevention Services (ECLIPSE) have worked together to support children and families. ECEAP provides high-quality early learning and comprehensive services for children and families, while ECLIPSE provides mental health treatment for children who need more support.
ECLIPSE also works with families, teachers, and other adults who support the child. ECLIPSE staff help these adults learn ways to support the child’s mental health and development.
