Community Child Care Conversations

Community Child Care Conversations (formerly known as Community Child Care Forums) give child care providers an opportunity to meet DCYF Leadership from Licensing and Early Learning, connect with local Child Care Licensing Administrators, Licensors, and Early Learning team members, learn about updates and opportunities, and share experiences through questions or discussions. 

Conversations are open to Licensed Child Care Centers, Licensed Family Homes, Outdoor Nature Based, School-age providers, including certified providers who may be located on tribal lands.

Conversations aim to: 

• Strengthen relationships between providers and the agency.
• Allow providers and DCYF to share what is going well.
• Foster opportunities for ongoing collaboration.

These Conversations are targeted to each region/area, but if you want to attend a meeting in another location, please email us at dcyf.communityengagement@dcyf.wa.gov.
