Warrant Issuance Calendar

The Social Service Payment System (SSPS) processes paper warrants (checks) twice per month (see schedule below) for Family, Friend, and Neighbor (FFN) and Licensed Family Home (LFH) providers. The claim cutoff is 4:30 p.m. on the last business day prior to the payment process date. Washington state will continue to process payments for providers receiving direct deposits on the business day following the date the invoice is claimed. Providers may sign up for direct deposit through the SSPS Provider Portal.
