Each JDAI site has a local coordinator. This person is the main contact for gathering info, writing reports, and making sure JDAI is implemented in their community.
Every month, seven coordinators meet with the JDAI state coordinator to check on their site’s progress, talk about budgets, and review their data. Four times a year, the coordinators meet as a group to share what they’ve learned and take a closer look at how these strategies are helping young people in their community.
This workgroup is focused on reliable and accurate data. This workgroup meets on a regular basis. The work group is chaired by Dr. Amanda Gilman and is also supported by Rachael Sanford, both from the Washington State Center for Court Research (WSCCR).
One of the responsibilities of this workgroup is the creation of the Biennial JDAI Data Report. This report provides a deep look at how JDAI is working. It measures the results and real impact of these strategies.
