Who Can Use These Services?
Young people aged 15 to 26 who are currently or have experienced state or tribal foster care after the age of 15. This includes young people involved with:

Why Try CCP?
We meet young people where they are and prioritize providing human-centered and trauma-informed support. In this program, young people have a voice in creating goals and taking steps toward their chosen career path alongside staff.
If young people decide to follow a different career path, they have the opportunity and support to do so. CCP will be a part of the young person’s team and will provide support as they head toward a successful transition into adulthood.
