Do you have the knowledge and skills necessary to do this job well? Could you do the job if your life depended on it? - Will you do the job?
Will you show up regularly, on time and ready to work? Will you have enough motivation to do quality work even after you have been on the job for some time? - Will you get along with others?
This includes coworkers, supervisors, customers, and anyone else you will have contact with. - Will you “fit in” with the organization?
Can you work comfortably in this work environment? Will be okay with the management style? Can you follow the dress code, work rules, and communications style? - Are you interested in the job?
Are you looking for just any job, or does this specific job appeal to you beyond the money, convenient hours, and good benefits?
