Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a free pre-kindergarten program in Washington. The program helps 3- and 4-year-old children get ready for kindergarten and succeed in life. The program helps families furthest from opportunity. The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) oversees the ECEAP program.

The ECEAP Dashboard
The ECEAP in Washington Communities Dashboard helps people find where these services are located across the state. People can use this dashboard to:
- Find open slots and program sites by searching different location types (zip code, county, legislative district. etc.).
- Find contact information to learn about enrollment at each ECEAP site.
The information in this dashboard comes from a system at DCYF called the Early Learning Management System (ELMS). The dashboard shows the total number of spots assigned to each location as of the date shown in the bottom corner of the screen. The dashboard is updated by the 25th of every month and this dashboard takes the place of the old ECEAP Site Locator.
