DCYF is proud to present the Pathways to Services Practice Guide for Infants and Toddlers who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. The publication is now available in digital format on the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) Practice Guidance web page under the drop-down menu titled, “Blind/Low Vision and Deaf/Hard of Hearing Resources.”
