Echo Glen celebrated 20 young people earlier this month, who graduated from a program dedicated to helping young people with self-improvement and building successful futures beyond Juvenile Rehabilitation.

ReSet is a 24-week program focused on topics such as life skills, growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and identifying adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). As a result of this program, many young people now have goals such as transferring to a community facility or pursuing a degree.

“I learned about ACEs, and I’m becoming a better version of myself,” said one of the participants.

These graduates are now eligible to become “ambassadors” who will go on to learn leadership through peer mentorship.
During the graduation, founder David Lujano and co-facilitators shared their lived experiences and positive messages.

“Know yourself, love yourself, forgive yourself, and forgive others,” shared David Lujano. “You are a blessing to this world.”
