Notes:

  1. “Children” are defined as age 0-17.
  2. The population for all placement-related measures includes children in DCYF’s Placement and Care Authority (PCA) who are placed out-of-home or on a Trial Return Home, unless otherwise stated in the measure notes.
  3. Measures in this dashboard are calculated for the state fiscal year and will differ from those reported elsewhere for the federal fiscal year. 
  4. WSRDAC/M Reporting Standard: Yes; All charts display race/ethnicity using the WSRDAC/M standard. American Indian/Alaska Native is combined with American Indian/Alaska Native, Multiracial.  Black/African American is combined with Black/African American, Multiracial.  Asian/Pacific Islander is combined with Asian/Pacific Islander, Multiracial.
