Description
The workshop introduces the Diversity-Informed Tenets for Work with Infants, Children, and Families (Tenets), guiding participants to connect these principles to their own practice areas. Through reflective exercises, participants will deepen their self-awareness and identify opportunities to integrate the Tenets into their work. Key outcomes include discovering personal and organizational leverage points and crafting actionable plans to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within their settings.
