Tabitha Pomeroy is a dedicated child welfare professional with over two decades of experience in public service. She began her career in 1999 with the State of Texas and transitioned to Washington State in 2008, where she served as a Child Protective Services (CPS) investigator in King County. Over the past 15 years, Tabitha has held numerous leadership roles across King County, including Area Administrator positions in both the King West and MLK Offices. She also served as Area Administrator for the Tacoma Office in Pierce County, demonstrating her commitment to strengthening communities and supporting vulnerable families.

Tabitha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington. Her extensive field experience and educational background underscore her lifelong dedication to advancing child safety and well-being.
