With more than 15 years of experience in county and state service, Ly brings a wealth of experience to his work. He has had roles in many areas, from juvenile detention to direct child welfare services. This has given him a great understanding how complex and important it is to protect the well-being of children and families. 

Ly approaches leadership with innovation, creativity, and collaboration. He always tries to find new solutions to old child welfare challenges. He works with his team to advance the field and champion the rights of children.
