Ted has served the agency for over 20 years. He served on a volunteer advisory committee as a person with lived experience in JR before working for the agency. He has worked in both clinical and program roles. These roles include:

• Clinical Consultant at Naselle Youth Camp
• Clinical Training Administrator 
• Clinical Director 
• Developer and facilitator of the Leadership Academy 
• Oversight of medical and behavioral health services
