Regional Administrator for Region 2
LeeAnn Delk serves as a Regional Administrator for Community, Reentry, and Parole services for Juvenile Rehabilitation in the Department of Children, Youth, and Families. She has over 30 years of professional experience in the juvenile justice field with an emphasis on least restrictive community-based programming.
Over the past 15 years, LeeAnn has anchored her work in developing and implementing gender-responsive programming, training, and advocacy for girls and girl-identified young people in the juvenile justice system.
LeeAnn holds a bachelor's of arts from Western Washington University.
