Deputy Director of Community Engagement
Emily has worked for Washington State for 8 years and served in local government prior to that. Her background is in system design and policy development with a focus on housing and poverty reduction.
Emily has a bachelor’s degree in law, politics, and economy from the University of Washington, as well as a law degree from Seattle University.
She currently lives in Seattle with her husband and four children and enjoys reading and watching action movies during her down time.
