Performance Based Contracting is the tool we use as an agency to strengthen the quality of our contracted services and provide support to programs and providers. This dashboard displays services, quality and outcomes for ECEAP providers and is only available to ECEAP providers contracting with DCYF. While ECEAP contractors can log in at any time, the dashboard data is updated annually.
