Washington State Early Learning Plan Executive Summary

The Washington State Early Learning Plan is our state’s roadmap for building an early learning system. The plan was created with the input of hundreds of Washington residents who told us what was needed to help make sure all children in our state have what they need to succeed in school and life. The plan was developed in partnership with Thrive by Five Washington and the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.  Request a hard copy: communications@del.wa.gov
