    This professional development series, for ESIT supervisors, invites participants to explore the power of group process as a tool for deepening connection, fostering collaboration, and enhancing reflective practice in team and organizational settings. Through the progression of learning experiences - from foundational concepts to advanced facilitation strategies - participants will gain insight into how intentional group work can support diversity, equity, and inclusion, reduce burnout, and strengthen team effectiveness. This workshop and mentoring series offers both theoretical grounding and applied strategies to enhance group effectiveness and relational depth.

    Part 1: Introduction to Group Processing
    Part 2: Deep Dive into Group Facilitation and Dynamics
    Part 3: Working with Groups to Balance Individual and Group Needs

    Mentoring Circles
    Bridging Theory and Practice (four sessions)

    This opportunity is offered in partnership with the DCYF Home Visiting program at no cost to ESIT and Home Visiting supervisors by the National Center for Reflective Supervision and Practice.

    Commit to the full training series and mentor circles to complete the training. ESIT credential holders may receive professional development hours toward their credential renewal. The training will be cancelled in the event registration does not meet the minimum of 16. Please pass this on to your fellow supervisors!
