This graphic depicts the steps in the Early Achievers Quality Recognition Cycle. The Quality Recognition Cycle begins when you submit a Request for Quality Recognition in MERIT and the steps include completing your program profile, completing video highlights, and requesting a recognition level. Additional points can be achieved by completing additional video highlights, participating in professional development, conducting a records review, and being accredited. Early Achievers participants must repeat their Quality Recognition Cycle every three years and are encouraged to engage with their Coach throughout the process.
