Patricia “Pat” (she/her) has decades of experience in organizational development and advising government entities. Prior to joining DCYF, she led large initiatives aimed at increasing positive outcomes for vulnerable and marginalized communities. During her time as President and CEO of the Northwest Leadership Foundation, she focused on health disparities, the school-to-prison pipeline, equitable grantmaking, and civic engagement. Pat has also led federal projects designed to provide funding and technical assistance to faith and community-based organizations across the U.S. and Africa.

Pat’s background is in consulting and coaching. Her approach centers around empathetic leadership and anti-oppressive practices to achieve transformative systems change.

Pat has a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and is a Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum. When Pat is not working, she enjoys golf, travel, and practicing her DJ skills.
